About the role
We are on the lookout for a Social Media and Influencer Executive to join Brand and Marketing team on a 9 month Parental Leave Cover. You will be supporting the delivery of customer-facing content across Owned, Earned, and Paid Social Media channels, including influencer and content creator activities. You will collaborate with various teams internally at Tesco, including Clothing and Home, as well as external agencies, to help execute projects and campaigns efficiently.
You will be responsible for
* Supporting the implementation of Social, Influencer, and Content plans for clothing.
* Assist in the day-to-day management of social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone of voice (TOV) and effective community engagement.
* Coordinate content production and optimisation for key channels (Social Media and online).
* Provide support for the end-to-end management of Clothing editorial content.
* Collaborate with the Media Planning Team to support the allocation of paid media budgets and the development of social media campaigns.
* Help execute the influencer marketing strategy, including identifying influencers, managing campaigns, and tracking performance.
* Liaise with influencer agencies to support content creation and ensure campaigns meet brand standards.
* Contribute to brand campaigns by assisting with influencer marketing activities from start to finish.
* Ensure all influencer and social content aligns with the brand tone of voice and positioning.
* Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to suggest improvements and measure the effectiveness of our activities.
* Manage budgets at a project level, supporting efficient allocation between content production and paid media.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Follow Tesco\'s Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and diligence at all times.
You will need
* Data and Insight understanding.
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage budget.
* Understanding of content production workflows.
* Paid and owned social media channels.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Basic commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
* Experience working with agencies or stakeholders.
