Our Places and Estates Team is looking for 2 dedicated concierge officers to join our diverse team, providing hands-on assistance to residents and delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll do As a concierge officer you will be the main point of contact for residents of the estate providing assistance on the ground. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, offering an empathetic and personal housing service. We are looking for someone who cares passionately about delivering efficient, high-quality customer service to our residents, visitors and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the estate.As an on-site Concierge, you will carry out regular patrols of the buildings to ensure safety, uphold/monitor cleaning standards, ensuring all risks are promptly dealt with or reported appropriately.You will be working closely with the Estate Operations Manager assisting in delivering outstanding estate services whilst working NHG’s Placemaking principles; estate management, community, people & brand in mind to deliver consistent, excellent service to all residents. How you’ll do it We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service to a variety of residents including diagnosing issues, providing advice, giving instructions and resolving basic or complex issues.
You will be acting as an effective liaison between residents, estate management and property management teams and coordinate the day-to-day running of the concierge desk by building and maintaining excellent relationships with residents, offering an empathetic concierge service.
This is a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working closely residents so you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service. We offer a 12-hour concierge service, which operates 365 days a year and you will be expected to work on a shift pattern on the rota, which includes day and weekend work.
