They are seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated employers liability and public liability cases with a suspected fraudulent element with exposure of cases to £100,000.
The ideal candidate will have at last 1 year litigated experience with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures is also expected. This experience could be handling EL / PL or RTA cases and looking for a change.
