Senior Block Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager in Block Management?
Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues?
Are you AIRPM or MIRPM qualified to join our Block and Portfolio Management team
Can you collaborate with others, share their property management knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of service and communication with all customers, including you clients, leaseholders, tenants and contractors with our leading IT system
Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure the properties you manage are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition
Report to your clients on the findings of your inspections
Request quotes for works and appoint contractors in conjunction with the client.
Process the works order and ensure the work is complete on time, to budget and to a quality standard
Oversee the preparation and filing of Confirmation Statements and Company Secretarial documentation
Produce quarterly H&S reports for the properties in your portfolio
Organise AGM's for clients in your portfolio
Produce management and financial reports in advance of the client meetings you attend
Notify Client Accounts of any changed to billing arrangements, increases to fees or charges
Work with clients accounts team to prepare the annual service charge and budgets and CAPEX plans for your clients in a timely manner
Authorise and process contractor invoices promptly
Requirements:
Proven track record in team management and leadership
Strong knowledge of property management regulations and practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat's in it for you?
