What You'll Be Doing
* Own the Customer Journey: Lead clients from onboarding and training through ongoing support, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise value.
* Be a Trusted Partner: Engage proactively with clients to understand their objectives, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
* Drive Value and Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling new features and expanding client accounts, contributing to mutual success.
* Build Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer's voice within the company, ensuring feedback drives continuous improvement.

Who You Are
We're seeking adaptable, commercially minded professionals with:
* Customer Success Expertise: At least two years of proven experience delivering exceptional results in SaaS, Proptech, or closely related industries.
* Great Communicator: Ability to simplify complex ideas, build trust, and advocate for client needs.
* Tech-Savvy and Resourceful: Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to enhance efficiency.
* Commercially Minded and Growth-Oriented: A knack for identifying growth opportunities and aligning client goals with internal resources.
* Organised and Proactive: Skill in balancing multiple priorities while anticipating client needs.
