We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Assessor to support our team, covering the Northamptonshire/Bedford area. Your main aim will be to manage quality standards and compliance within the Superdrug & Savers Apprenticeship Programme.
Role Purpose:
Supporting the wider People team to deliver the People Strategy, the apprenticeship assessor will support our apprentices throughout their journey at Superdrug/Savers. This role reports to the Apprenticeship Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring learners receive quality support and guidance resulting in the achievement of their qualification in a timely manner.
2. Ensuring all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements.
3. Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
4. Share best practice and learnings with peers and the full Apprenticeship team.
5. Comply with assessment strategy by award.
6. Attend Apprenticeship/standardisation Team meetings as required.
7. Attend monthly one-to-one meetings with line Manager.

What you’ll need to succeed:
1. Experience of working in a Retail environment.
2. Grade C or above in English, Maths or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills.
3. Competent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. UK current valid driving licence.
5. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail in all areas of work.
6. Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver against tight deadlines.
7. Exemplary relationship builder, strong communication/interpersonal/influencing skills.
8. A high level of personal drive, multi-tasking, presence and credibility.
9. Able to demonstrate a proactive, confident and resilient approach.
10. Able to develop and motivate others.
11. Assessor Award or equivalent.
