We are looking for a conveyancer to help with expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join us at our office in Coulsdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a dynamic team.
Your Experience
We are looking for a qualified professional of between 2 - 4 years’ experience in conveyancing. You should be comfortable managing your own caseload and have a proven track record of handling both freehold and leasehold transactions. Your experience should demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with colleagues and to manage all stages of the conveyancing process.
You will also have a strong client service ethos, with a focus on clear communication and providing effective solutions. Your experience in liaising with clients, third parties, and handling complex legal matters will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Conveyancer at Kingsley Bond, your duties will include:
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing expert legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
* Transaction Management: Manage a diverse caseload, overseeing all stages of property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
* Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing our cutting-edge case management systems.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements, to protect both clients and the firm.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure smooth and timely progression of cases.
* Case Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of all client interactions and case progress, utilizing our case management system to streamline the workflow and ensure efficiency.
