We are currently looking for a Retrofit Project Administrator to join our team in Slough.
The overall purpose of the role is to support the team in adhering to scheme delivery requirements in line with funding and accreditation requirements and maintaining the necessary associated accreditations.
Core Responsibilities Include:
1. Collating, validating, and preparing PAS 2035/2030:2019 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance.
2. Providing guidance and monitoring all PAS 2030/35 standards.
3. Ensuring that all compliance documentation is recorded in line with PAS standards.
4. Developing a Zero Carbon Solutions compliance framework to support Business growth targets for the Zero Carbon function of the region.
5. Providing guidance to the business on environmental and Zero Carbon Solutions issues, including extensive collaboration with different departments and teams.
6. Supporting client engagement strategies and assisting in the development of Client and Business Unit Zero Carbon reduction roadmaps.
7. Understanding, implementing and adhering to the company SHE policy/strategy.
8. Producing all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measures in line with PAS 2035/2030:2019 process.
9. Working closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators, Project Manager and other key personnel.
10. Maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector.
11. Providing compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
12. Ensuring zero compliance failures from poor submission information.
13. Adhering to all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
14. Assisting with the collation of relevant data and preparation of reports.
15. Managing client interactions and support for major projects.
16. Managing compliance, legislation, and internal/external Zero Carbon Solutions measures.
17. Understanding the Carbon Net Zero agenda.
18. Managing funding through various renewable funding schemes.
19. Developing relationships with Zero Carbon Solutions stakeholders and Clients.
20. Reporting on Carbon Impact.
21. Managing PAS2030/35/MCS approval and compliance.
22. Maintaining effective Client mapping, trackers, and metrics/analytics.
23. Collating, analyzing and producing statistical Fuel Poverty data.
24. Developing relationships with CARDO’s Regional teams.
25. Applying current and proposed UK Zero Carbon Solutions related legislation to project solutions.
26. Working with the Operations Manager to embed Zero Carbon Solutions within Projects.
27. Assisting the Operations Manager in data analysis related to Compliance, Carbon, Waste, and Community initiatives.
28. Reviewing and assisting in the implementation of energy efficient programs.
29. Keeping up to date with new developments in Zero Carbon Solutions and environmental management.
30. Providing reports to the Operations Manager.
31. Attending departmental meetings as required.
32. Client interaction as required.
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience within Environmental/Zero Carbon Solutions functions.
2. Ability to balance commitments to the environment with corporate needs.
3. Ability to build relationships with project managers and contractors.
4. Flexibility to work under pressure and respond to changing demands.
5. Understanding of and interest in Zero Carbon innovations.
6. Knowledge of Zero Carbon Solutions strategy implementation.
7. Skilled in data analysis and translating this into reports.
8. Knowledge of standards applicable to FSC, MCS PAS 2035 and green funding mechanisms.
9. Relevant experience of working as part of a team.
10. Initiative-taking support to operational business units.
11. Knowledge of UK Safety & Health legislation.
12. Relevant construction sector experience, preferably housing.
13. Up to date knowledge of UK Building Regs Part L, Part O.
