Salary: £12.60 P/H
Permanent: Full Time
Shifts: 07:30am - 20:00pm & 19:30pm - 08:00am (Days, Nights & weekends Across 7 Days)
* Full Driving licence required for this role

We’re looking for someone who is kind, caring, understanding and passionate about providing great individual and personalised care. Previous experience in a care role isn’t essential but would be beneficial.
You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
The ideal support worker will:
* Have a great sense of humour

* Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve their goals
* Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
* Support with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating
* Perform light housekeeping tasks
* Assist with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals
* Observe, monitor, and record well-being, and report any changes to senior staff
* Encourage participation in social and recreational activities

The Vines is located in the beautiful town of Crowborough, East Sussex, and offers residential support for individuals with acquired brain injury and progressive neurological conditions.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
