Our client, a leading M&E Contractor, is looking for an experienced Administrator for a major construction project. Suitable candidates will effectively control the preparation, issue, receipt and collation / filing of all documentation related to the project.
Location: Halifax
Duration: 6 months initial then extended
Must have:
- Administration experience
- Willing to learn
- Excellent literacy and communication skills
About the role:
1. Manage document control system
2. Use of relevant software – 4Projects, Dalux, Sharepoint
3. Control & file drawings and specifications and reports
4. Provide general administration to the Engineering Team
5. Take meeting minutes and Excel documents
6. Other ad hoc administration duties as required
