We add value with our people, client service ethos, global delivery strategy, technical ability, and attitude.Join our 10-week summer internship designed to develop your technical and business skills, preparing you for a graduate role.Please note, this role will start on the 16th of June 2025.Role ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:Completing in-house software tutorials to get familiar with the CFD teamsoftware and learning basic CFD tools like Cadence Reality DX (formerly 6SigmaDC).Helping to gather and organise data needed for CFD simulations.Assisting in preparing CFD reports to present CFD model descriptions, result analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.Keeping track of CFD files, including simulation records and results.Sharing CFD learnings at the end of the internship period and presenting them through a knowledge-share session.Advanced Responsibilities:Setting up CFD models based on design documentation and client discussions.Working closely with team members to understand project requirements and assist in troubleshooting issues.Preparing reports and presentations to communicate study methodologies, details, and modelling outcomes.Participating in meetings and workshops with clients, design team members, and other professionals.Role RequirementsCurrently pursuing a BSc\/BEng (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline.Basic working knowledge of CAD and SketchUp.Understanding of key Health and Safety issues and legislation.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectivelyFundamental understanding of thermodynamics.Basic knowledge of CFD tools such as Ansys, Star-CCM, or similar.An understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancyThis role will ideally suit those with the right to live & work in the UK without restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship at the present time.
