What you will do At Volvo Group Digital & IT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. As Data Quality Analyst, you will: · Become a Data Quality expert on one (or more) data domain knowledge, to assess quality issues and to provide answers to business stakeholders questions. · Be an active member of the Data Quality Team, contributing to the development of Data Quality products and services. · Drive workshops with the business analyst to understand their business context, to collect their needs around data quality pain points, and to ensure the definition of data quality rules. · Understand architecture, and coordinate Data ingestion, integration, assessment and cleansing using Informatica platform. · Optimize design and pipelines to improve performance. · Access, manipulate, query, and analyze data using different software, tools and techniques (such as Informatica, SQL, etc). · Design and implement dashboards using visualization tools (such as PowerBI). · Learn and use modern data preparation, data exploration and data visualization tools and techniques and share best practices and ways of working with your peers. · Support the Business stakeholders to build Remediation Plans to improve Data Quality. · Monitor and maintain development solutions through DevOps approach leveraging Agile methodology. · Work in cross functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver new products. We do too, and we are excited to grow together. · You have a master degree or equivalent in IT. · You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 level). · You understand the concepts of Data Quality and you have experienced Quality activities. · You are a Data Analyst or a Data engineer looking for new challenges in a Digital transformation initiative in the transport industry. · You are proactive problem solver with innovative thinking with a strong sense of teamwork. · You experienced working on data manipulation or data pipelines and implementing measurements and reports. · Writing queries and understanding data modelling are natural activities for you. · You are familiar with cloud-based data platforms and with data processing tools like Databricks, Informatica or other ETL. · You experienced Data visualization tools like PowerBI or other. · You have experience working in an international environment. · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. · You demonstrate a growth and learning mindset. Nice to have: · Experience working with IDMC (Informatica tool or other Data Management tool). · You have a background in handling diverse data sets and optimizing data flows. · You are familiar with Azure Data Analytics Stack (Storage accounts, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, SQL Data base, etc). · Good understanding of data governance, data privacy and security You will benefit from dedicated trainings to maintain and develop your Data Quality Analyst skills.
