About the Role
As a Business Support Level 3, you will play a key role in assisting the Behaviour and Emotional Health (BEH) Team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Uploading referrals
2. Handling phone enquiries
3. Supporting practitioners
4. Finance management
5. General administration and typing letters
This is a dynamic and engaging role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A great opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference!
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent telephone skills with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, partner agencies, and citizens accessing the service.
* Strong organisational skills to manage finance processes and ensure accurate data entry.
* Ability to support practitioners with administrative tasks and service coordination.
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a busy team.
* A basic DBS check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
