We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who has a strong commitment to providing good quality care and best outcome patients. The CRHTT have a caseload of patients in mental health crisis and also patients who require individual or group interventions and are moving into recovery.
The post holder would be working with an established multi professional team
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to display a knowledge of risk assessment and risk management and be flexible and dedicated.
You will need to display
* Effective Leadership for the clinical team providing a high-quality service
* Management of referrals and care delivery
* Performance monitoring and management
* Line manage and supervision of staff
Main duties of the job
* To deliver a service which provides safe and clinical effectiveness within the designated budget
* Ensure a culture of effective risk management is present the team
* To ensure that the team functions in line with the care group core business
Educated to minimum diploma level with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience
* Evidence of CPD, Significant experience of and demonstrable achievement in clinical practice
* Experience of providing professional support/supervision and motivation of staff
* Understanding of Health and Social Care Governance
* Experience of managing staf, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
