Analyst, Data Analytics, Asset Management My client is looking for a Data Analytics focussed, Analyst to join their Loan Asset Management team, working on-site for a global, leading Asset Manager. In this role, you will be supporting the Asset Management of a European, mixed Real Estate Loan portfolio. Position Overview: This role is responsible for providing analytical assistance to the Asset Management team who oversees a client’s portfolio of highly structured commercial real estate loans. This role will lead the creation and maintenance of various reports, analysis, presentations, data models, and analytical tools. Essential Job Functions: Works with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate how technology can be applied for data collection, transformation, analysis, and presentation Analyzes, interprets, and presents data using industry relevant commercial real estate asset management software such as RealINSIGHT Skilled with Enterprise Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI Builds data collection process, enriches existing in-house data, and creates predictive models using industry relevant software Supports daily reporting to ensure the reports are delivered within the SLA requirements applying reporting expertise to ensure the delivery and accuracy of reporting Coordinates with other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to report generation ensuring that all reports are created using efficient processes Responsible for the efficient, compliant, timely, and secure acquisition, integration, provision, and exchange of enterprise data Qualifications/ Requirements: 2 years of experience with commercial real estate asset management or servicing/special servicing systems such as RealINSIGHT, CAMs, Finance Active or equivalent preferred 2 years of experience with any reporting tool preferred such as Tableau, Pyramid or Power BI preferred Experience in Financial Services and Real Estate Finance highly preferred Comprehension of business processes Must be able to be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users Ability to find solutions to business problems from data-driven insights Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions
