Main Responsibilities
Your role involves:
* Administering first aid for students and staff as the first point of contact.
* Being the named responsible officer for all first aid matters within the Academy.
* Managing the register of qualified first aiders, ensuring valid qualifications and developing renewal programs.
* Maintaining sufficient qualified staff for emergency first aid, adhering to published ratios based on student numbers.
* Overseeing student medication administration at the Academy.

Qualifications & Experience
We seek applicants with:
* A good level of education.
* Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
* A professional telephone manner.
* Competent ICT skills.
* Organisation and time management skills.
* The ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
* A recognised First Aid Qualification or higher educational achievement.
* Experience working in busy office environments.
* Experience working with adults and pupils.
