The high level of specialist knowledge at The Portland is reflected in the services we provide, offering clinical expertise across Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Women`s Health. As a Paediatric Urgent Care Sister, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to children and families. You will be undertaking responsibility for the department and working to promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice. Our Paediatric Urgent Care Centre oversees patients that attend the clinic for emergency consultations, diagnostic tests and minor procedures if necessary. What you’ll bring: NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support Understanding of Safeguarding issues with Safeguarding Level 3 training Must have experience working within an Urgent care setting Must have experience Leading a team Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and experience with audits Why HCA UK?
