What We’re Looking For OFSTED Registration: You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework. Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification. Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a children’s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities.
