Entry Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience is desirable but not necessary.
* Must have Maths Pass at GCSE or equivalent level; Advanced Level Maths or Business Qualifications are desirable.
* Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* All required training will be provided.
Duties:
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team management.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
* Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
* Prepare reports on store performance and present findings to senior management.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff.
* Maintain the security of the store.
