Property Inspector/ Property Manager, Liverpool, up to £30k DOE
Our client is an independently owned, ambitious and growing Property organisation, who are seeking to recruit a Property Lettings & Maintenance Manager to join them.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage inspections, book them in, carry them out and ensure that reports are sent to landlords in a timely manner
* Day-to-day running of property lettings/management portfolio in the Liverpool area
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and maintenance contractors via telephone and email
* Scheduling ongoing repairs and refurbishments of properties within portfolio
* Ensuring legal compliance
* Producing digital reports
* Creating and maintaining move-in and move-out inventories.
* Administering new and renewing tenancy agreements.
Skills required:
* You have afull driving licenceand car ESSENTIAL!
* Show agenuine interestedin the property industry and are looking foropportunities.
* You are well-organised, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure.
