Job Description
Principal accountabilities;
1. To assist with the technical and business changes to move users from using Unit4 Desktop client to Unit4 Web client.
2. To assist with the design, testing, integration and support of Concur Expenses with Unit4 ERP.
3. To assist with the design, testing, integration and support of Proactis invoice scanning solution with Unit4 ERP.
4. To assist with the design, build, testing, release and support of the migration of Unit4 ERP on-premises solution to Unit4 Cloud Continuous Release.
5. To assist with the design, build and testing of minor technology improvements with Finance stakeholders.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility
6. Engage with users and project stakeholders to understand functional requirements, non-functional requirements, technical constraints, issues, problems and risks.
7. Assist with documentation of current and future processes at both high and low level.
8. Assist as a member of the project team with planning of project tasks and coordinating activities.
9. Provide support for incidents, queries, requests and problems, engaging with third level support / technology partners if required.
10. Research solution options.
11. Suggest improvements to processes.
12. Collaborate with users, project team and wider stakeholders to design and document solutions.
13. Review and develop customisations and integrations with technical specialists
14. Assist with data migration and reconciliation.
15. Undertake System Integration Testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Operational Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications
About You
16. Essential technical and business skills include;
17. Functional and technical knowledge of Unit4 ERP application and infrastructure.
18. Knowledge of ERP, IT and accounting concepts.
19. Experience of adapting software through Configuration, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations and Integrations.
20. Experience of writing reports and dashboards.
21. MS SQL skills to write ad hoc scripts, query data.
22. Experience of project work.
23. Experience of support work and concepts.
24. A customer focus.
25. To understand the business.
26. Take accountability to see things through and get the job done.
27. Act as one team across DPD through business partnering, collaboration and stakeholder management.
28. Ability to develop working relationships quickly and champion change.
