As a Contracts Manager, you will ensure the efficient running of contracts by effectively managing design, programming, commercial aspects, and all resources associated with the projects. Your goal will be to provide a quality service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
Design & Delivery: Manage design and delivery requests, coordinate installations of balconies and balustrades, and ensure projects meet specifications.
Budget Management: Maintain positive collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality Manager to review and implement quality plans for each project.
Health & Safety: Oversee the issuance of O&M manuals and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Degree, HND, BTEC, or similar in a relevant field.
Project Management Certification preferred.
Full UK Driving License (preferably clean).
CSCS card.
Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in construction project and contract management roles.
Strong management experience and a track record of working effectively with construction procedures and project management principles.
Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
Good CAD design skills and numerical abilities.
