Description As our System Administrator, you'll be responsible for the daily performance, reliability, and security of our core systems. You will: ensure everything runs like clockwork—from monitoring system health and managing user access, to testing backups and deploying updates act as the go-to person for technical support and system troubleshooting, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep our systems smooth and stress-free play a key part in evaluating new tools and technologies, supporting upgrades, improving digital workflows, and championing automation where it makes a difference. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—whether it’s training staff on new systems, documenting processes, or gathering requirements to better align technology with organisational goals. You'll also support our Data Engineers and step in as backup for our IT Operations Officer when needed, helping us maintain continuity and resilience. Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For: We're seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) and at least three years of experience in a similar role. A solutions-focused mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential. You should be confident navigating system administration, troubleshooting, and user support in a dynamic environment. If you’ve worked with Salesforce or have experience with SQL or Python, even better. But if not, a keen interest in learning is just as valuable.
