Mode Search is partnered with a luxury brand in their search for a Senior Social Media Manager. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a strategic, creative, and digitally savvy Senior Social Media Manager to drive engagement, curate high end content and grow the brand’s presence across social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s social media strategy, managing a content manager and ensuring it aligns with the company’s storytelling and luxury positioning. You will play a key role in helping to enhance brand desirability, conversion and omnichannel performance. This role is based in West London and offer hybrid work with Fridays from home Responsibilities Develop and implement the social media strategy Create compelling content that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic, heritage, and storytelling. Manage and grow the brand’s presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest Plan and oversee online marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand special projects Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality visual content. Identify and cultivate relationships with brand ambassadors Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to foster customer relationships. Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize reach. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the brand innovative and relevant. Work closely with marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless digital brand experience. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within luxury, fashion, or jewelry brands. A strong creative eye and ability to craft visually compelling content tailored to luxury consumers. Expertise in social media, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices. Experience in digital community building. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.). Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions and storytelling content. A passion for luxury craftsmanship, personalization, and sentimental storytelling. Highly organized, with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
