FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Manager will be performing a wide variety of contract administration duties and producing reports for Client meetings
FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Manager will be managing the data entry onto their CAFM system, E-Works, this will be changing in the near future and you will need to have experience implementing a new system
FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Manager will be using Word, Excel, Outlook
FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Manager assisting the contracts manager with all administration duties by being proactive in their approach
FM Contracts Helpdesk Team Manager will be speaking with engineers and clients on booking and following up reactive works, ensuring that the in-house system is up to date as well as scheduling PPM's
