Are you a Project Manager looking to work for a non-for-profit?
Do you want to work for an organisation that is seriously investing in change & transformation?
We're supporting a non-for-profit within the housing sector to find 2 Senior Project Managers to join a newly formed team as they embark on a new programme to improve their IT systems across the business. This programme is part of a wider portfolio, into which they've dedicated and invested in a new team to elevate their technology.
What's in it for you?
1. Opportunity to work for a non-profit that allows you to work on technology that gives back to the community.
2. Be able to lead and shape this new change and transformation team for the business.
3. Holidays of up to 28 days plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 years of service.
4. Flexible working - no set days in the office; this is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in the office some weeks and allowing remote work on others.
As a Project Manager, you will be working with numerous stakeholders across the whole business from top down. Initially, the role will focus mainly on planning, before overseeing the delivery, risk management, and communication between all departments.
To be successful as the Senior Project Manager, you need to have:
1. Extensive experience working as a Project Manager, leading multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Experience working with IT system implementations.
3. Prior experience in the housing sector is a huge advantage!
If the above role has caught your eye and you want to be an integral part of this transformation, please apply directly with your CV or contact Riana Butler at Maxwell Bond!
