Our client based in Newbury is looking for a Returns Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
Pay:
* £24,000 to £26,000 per annum
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Liaison between Office, Sales, Operation, Warehouse and RMA to maintain good communication and relations
* Updating Return product report
* Learning and mastering PSI system
* Assisting and supporting inventory control
* Keeping stock records
* Keeping the management informed of any problems.
* Identify process and performance opportunities and coordinate with the operations.
* Files paperwork as appropriate
* Contact client’s product returning representatives to make arrangements
* Other ad hoc tasks as required by manager.
Requirements:
* Great problem-solving skills
* Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and methodically
* Be able to work well under pressure and enjoy working in a team
