About the Role
We're seeking a professional to guide the design and testing of innovative projects in a collaborative environment. You will work on various research, development, and production programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMC standards.
* Assist with requirements reviews to ensure EMC compliance.
* Review test and control plans to guarantee proper product testing for EMC.
* Collaborate with test houses to ensure they are trained and prepared to test products.
* Participate in testing sessions and resolve any arising issues.
* Estimate test duration and effort to maintain project timelines.
* Collaborate with the team during design reviews to ensure seamless progress.
* Communicate complex technical details to less technical audiences.
* Troubleshoot EMC issues and recommend solutions with minimal hardware changes.
* Ensure adherence to government regulations when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Substantial experience with EMC requirements and testing.
* Experience working with test houses and ensuring EMC compliance.
