Bistro Service Leader / Trainer Hours: 37 Hours per Week / 40 Weeks per year Salary: £24,045 Actual (£27,370 FTE) Do you want to join our expanding catering department and support the team in making a positive impact to students education As the Bistro service leader / Trainer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary skills of our students. You will oversee the day to day operations of the Bistro, ensuring high-quality service, excellent customer experience and effective training for aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals. You will: • Support with the development and delivery of training programmes to students; Covering culinary techniques, customer service and best practise. • Maintain high standards of service, ensuring smooth service during busy periods. • Lead the bistro team, promoting a positive work/learning environment and promoting teamwork • Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
