Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at our clients West Midlands office 2-4 days per month, with travel to visit clients across the UK as required for the remainder of the month.

Our client, a well-regarded manufacturer in the industrial components field, is looking for a talented Key Account Manager to strengthen their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
This role is primarily home-based, reporting directly to the European Sales Director, allowing for significant flexibility while maintaining essential client and colleague interactions.
As the Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will involve driving revenue growth and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of established manufacturing company accounts, whilst also seeking out new opportunities within high growth accounts.

* Proven Track Record: A strong history of increasing revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts while consistently exceeding sales targets.
* Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with internal teams to develop client strategies that enhance the company's competitive edge.

* Project Management: Ability to manage the execution of new projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
* Client Champion: Actively cultivate client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Needs Analysis: Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, coordinating effectively with relevant internal teams.
* Contract Oversight: Experience in overseeing the development of programme contracts and specifications in line with company processes.
* Industry Insight: Extensive experience within competitive industrial components environments.
