What You’ll Do: Within this role you will be responsible for direct business sales, using multiple lead sources and play a key role in achieving sales targets and building a pipeline of opportunities to deliver leads into sales. You’ll proactively contact potential new business customers using customer data. In addition to closing sales, you will open new opportunities by taking further information from our prospective customers, which will open new leads in the future. Your focus will be to increase sales using ongoing business property releases, as well as revisiting potential customers where leads have been generated. Being at the forefront of our business sales and targeting specific business types which will adapt in-line with the market. Drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business leads Spot market opportunities and deliver creative sales strategies to capitalise on them Analyse customer data to generate new leads and revisit promising prospects Retain customers by providing solutions to overcome challenges Regularly report on sales growth and pipeline development. What You’ll Bring: You have 2 years of tele-sales experience, with a proven ability to exceed sales KPIs You’re a skilled communicator and negotiator with a customer-first mindset You excel at managing your workload, taking the initiative to meet and exceed goals You’re tech-savvy, with confidence in Microsoft Office tools Your positive, go-getter attitude ensures you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment The right to work in the UK without restrictions Live within a daily commutable area to our Portsmouth HQ.
