The role: You will need to source placements for students with additional learning needs and support their development in the work place. It is paramount that we create meaningful and challenging placements for our students with the ultimate goal being employment or supported employment. Part time (30 hours per week) Term time (40 weeks per year) Permanent £18,324 - £19,947 per annum Tycoch Campus, Swansea Key Responsibilities: Liaise with a range of work placement providers to ensure good quality placement experience that meets the needs of students with learning difficulties and disabilities Establish new work placements and nurture existing to ensure continued success. Undertake monitoring and vetting checks on work placements ensuring all necessary records for tracking and action planning are complete.
