Main duties of the job
Fenton Ward is a 10-bedded ward providing care to inpatients requiring rehabilitation, complex discharge planning, or end-of-life care.
Fenton Ward also provides an IV day service for community patients requiring intravenous therapy and blood transfusion.
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our team consists of Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Discharge Coordinators, Ward Clerks, and Housekeeping Staff. The team is managed by the Ward Manager and Ward Sister and is overseen by our Matron. Every member of the team is valued for the work they do.

Main duties will include:
1. To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care in the most efficient and clinically effective way whilst maintaining the patient's privacy and dignity.
2. To provide advice and support to junior staff in the delivery of high-quality care and actively support the Ward Manager in the management of the healthcare environment.
