Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Contractor in the Essex area who are looking for a brand new Senior Supervisor to join their team covering all major / large projects in East London.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to manage a team of supervisors and operatives covering kitchen and bathroom refits, major voids and some disrepair projects.
Duties:
1. Supervision of the social housing major contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
2. Working alongside the other supervisors to ensure jobs are completed and handed back to a high standard and on time
3. Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
4. Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
5. Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
6. Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
7. Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
8. Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
9. Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
10. To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
11. Attend inspections where necessary
Key Knowledge:
12. Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
13. Previous experience of overseeing other supervisors
14. Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
15. IT Literate
