The department
Our Office Services Team handle all practical business needs, from dealing with incoming and outgoing post to car parking, office supplies, health and safety, and office receptions.
Job Purpose:
1. To provide reception and office services cover across the firm's offices, covering (but not limited to) reception, telephony, and office services duties, and limited IT & Accounts support.
2. To provide a professional front of house service to the designated office, ensuring that agreed standards of client care are adhered to.
3. To provide an effective and efficient office services management service to the designated office, including administrative and basic IT support.
4. To ensure that agreed standards of client care are adhered to in all facets of the role.
5. To cover Reception/Switchboard/Office Services/Records Management duties as & when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous reception experience preferred.
2. Experience in an office services and facilities role preferred.
3. Excellent telephone manner.
4. Effective communication skills both over the phone and in person.
5. Flexible in approach to work, and hours worked required.
6. Competent in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
7. Able to solve problems, considering the needs of the business.
8. Effective team working skills.
9. Accuracy and attention to detail.
10. Comfortable with IT - setting up laptops & smartphones, WiFi access, AV equipment etc. (or willingness to be trained).
11. Ability & willingness to travel to all offices meeting the required start & finish times.
