JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Redhill Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress Utilise a variety of teaching resources and techniques to engage students Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education: A relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Experience: Prior experience in a similar role working with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and policies Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs Excellent organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN or Special Education Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting.
