Job Description
We are looking for a Skilled Waste Operative to collect and dispose of recyclable and residual waste as presented by the property owners of Aberdeenshire, in accordance with Council policies and procedures.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post is for a 4-day week, 37 hours per week, from 07:00 am to 16:45 pm. The successful candidate must be able to walk up to 15 miles per day in all weather conditions, carry out street cleansing duties, pick up dead animals, manage fly tipping, and deliver bins.
