A popular and thriving primary school requires an SEN/Additional Learning Support Assistant for 28.75 hours per week to support pupils in class. This is a temporary position to be reviewed in August 2025 subject to funding. The position is Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.15pm (less 45 minute breaks), term-time only. This role is paid at KR4 (£23,338-£23,921 fte). The pro-rata pay starts at approximately £15,332 per annum.

Successful candidates will need to have high standards of work ethic in terms of motivation, personal presentation, punctuality, professional standards and team work. They must be able to follow instructions but also work by using their own initiative. Applicants should preferably hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ2/3 or equivalent teaching assistant qualification.
