About The Role
The Clinical & Nursing Workforce Programme Manager will manage projects and initiatives within the Care & Nursing workforce program, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including executive leaders, to deliver ongoing and future projects. These efforts are a key part of the Purpose in Action Strategy and include developing a robust Care & Nursing workforce model enhances outcomes for residents and colleagues within HC-One.
You will focus on executive change within the time, budget and scope and to the quality agreed at Programme / Project definition, proactively engaging with senior sponsors and stakeholder to define and scope, the manage projects and establish programme / project milestones, activities and plans, and manage performance against them.
The Clinical & Nursing Workforce Programme Manager will lead in establishing the agenda, consolidating reporting information and developing materials for the monthly Steering Group, and will produce and manage programme/project budget and resourcing plans/

About You
Degree qualified (or equivalent) and holding a relevant project management qualification, you will have significant experience in implementing transformational changes in a complex organisation and demonstrable knowledge of social care workforce challenges.
With a genuine passion for change and for continuous improvement, you have a structured, logical approach and a result orientated mindset, and are able to evidence meeting goals, targets and deadlines throughout your career. You have proven problem solving, decision making, and financial skills and are calm and considered, practical and pragmatic.
Using your strong communication skills, you can translate complexity into straightforward and simple language, and influence others in the absence of any direct authority with a highly collaborative style. You thrive in team environments, building effective relationships and collaborating with a range of individuals at all levels and adapt your style and approach to evidence and reflect organisational culture to get the best from Colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
