About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for flexible work in a secondary school setting and can demonstrate strong behaviour management skills. We work exclusively with a well-established secondary school in Raunds, offering guaranteed bookings and first refusal on future agency bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the usual class teacher whilst maintaining good behaviour of students.
2. Ensure that students remain on task, following lesson plans and completing work set.
3. Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
4. Provide support and encouragement to students as they work through tasks.
5. Assist with setting up equipment and materials for lessons and activities.
