An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager - PG & Global Lead to join the Marketing department to lead on our postgraduate and global marketing activity. You will be responsible for the implementation of UEA’s Postgraduate marketing plans across home and global markets and support UG global activity in priority countries. Leading the Marketing acquisition strategy and delivering against the university plans and objectives, you will work with colleagues across Admissions, Global and Marketing to manage and deliver a series of marketing owned activities that support the universities recruitment ambitions. Key duties of the role include: Alongside the Head of Marketing, work closely with Global Colleagues in the UK and Country Offices to represent Marketing in the planning and delivery of each campaign cycle. Oversee the development of clear plans, ensuring they align to strategy and compliment all activity within the plan. Coordinate all activities with the marketing team, ensuring that all organic and paid activities are fully delivered, measured, and evaluated. Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Marketing in managing budgets across the suite of acquisition channels, optimising performance to deliver against set targets. Apply data-driven decision-making to all aspects of our media buying to ensure we are targeting the right audience and spending efficiently on each channel. You will be educated to degree level, ideally with a marketing related qualification and you will have significant experience working in a marketing role.
