Job Overview: As part of a team, under the direction of the Duty Master Skipper, you will assist in the safe operation of the boat, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow the Company Domestic Ship Management manual.
2. Perform daily tasks and additional duties as directed by the Master Skipper.
3. Ensure safe boarding and disembarking of passengers.
4. Engage with passengers, answering questions.
5. Ensure passenger safety.
6. Perform daily cleaning tasks.
7. Serve drinks and snacks at the bar.
8. Practice safe mooring and casting off.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
4. First aid certification is preferred.
