EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - Twilights
Shift pattern: 3 week rota between the hours of Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 00:00. You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 3 off and you will have your rota 3 weeks in advance:
Salary: £12,001.60 per annum (£11.54 per hour)
Location: Hybrid Norwich 90% in office, 10% at home
Start Date : 3rd of March 2025
**You need to be able to commit to 4 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00 **
For this role, you need 5mbps upload and 15mbps download internet speed

With a cool head and an empathetic manner, you will be answering varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls or test calls, to contacting emergency services.
