We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a QHSE Advisor to join our manufacturing team in and work between our Rotherham & Stockton sites. This role pays between £40,000-£50,000 with additional benefits including an electric pick up truck to use day to day. Position Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance Ensure legal and other requirements are met Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics Audit compliance to standards and legal requirements Ensure accurate records are maintained and in date Participate in QHSE meetings and investigations Identify improvement opportunities Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement Complete client questionnaires and participate in external audits Requirements Previous experience in a similar role NEBOSH or equivalent Auditing qualification Experience and understanding of management system standards Attributes Strong problem solving and analytical skills Confident, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills Efficient, with great attention to detail.
