3. South - Ty Elai, Williamstown
4. West - Ty Elai, Williamstown
Grade 11 (£41,511) Social Worker - Entry Level up to 3 years and registration with Social Care Wales.
Grade 12 (£44,711) Experienced Social Worker - minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience and registration with Social Care Wales.
All Social Workers who work in these teams are eligible to receive a £2,250 market supplement, paid pro rata on a monthly basis.

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is pleased to offer Social Work positions within our newly reconfigured Child and Family Teams. We are also welcoming applications from final year students who will qualify later this year.
About the Team
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed social workers who have the passion and the drive to make a positive difference to children’s lives and can help motivate the networks around our young people to achieve excellent standards of care and support.
Our Child and Family Teams specialise in care planning for children who require care and support, including cases subject to child protection planning, PLO and Court, in addition to adoption work.

Final Year Social Work Students
RCT has a successful track record of supporting students. Final year students who are successful at interview may be employed as temporary Assessor Care Managers until their registration is complete.
Additional Information
Those shortlisted for interview will be asked to confirm if they are applying for a Social Worker (GR11) or Experienced Social Worker (GR12) post. Those applying for an Experienced Social Worker position will need to provide evidence of their registration with Social Care Wales and 3 years post-qualifying experience.
