This role is a one year FTC to support the Compliance Department in working more efficiently with documentation completion.
* Provide administration support to the Compliance Department
* Maintain a range of databases, ensuring they are kept up to date and are current.
* Ensure all site documentation is uploaded onto SharePoint
* Provide general administration support such as typing, filing, scanning, photocopying and general office duties
* Assist in the completion of electrical test certificates.
* Co-ordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.); organize and schedule meetings and appointments via Microsoft Teams and meeting rooms booking system.
* Maintaining and updating equipment calibration tracker.
* Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
* Create Inspection Test Plan documents.
* Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required. This list is not exhaustive or exclusive.
Qualifications
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Experience of completing Word and Excel documents.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* The ability to prioritize your workload and work well under pressure and manage your own workload effectively.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
