Interim Homes for Ukraine Project Administrator

Key Requirements:
1. Knowledge of the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
2. Knowledge and understanding of the major factors, influences and challenges facing local government.
3. Experience of building effective relationships and working in partnership with and influencing a range of different stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
4. Experience of effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders to support the delivery of complex projects.
5. Experience of developing and maintaining high quality administrative and information systems.
6. Ability to research, prepare and present information clearly and concisely in writing (reports, policies, guidelines) and verbally.
7. Proven minute taking skills and experience is essential for this role.
8. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
9. Ukrainian speaker is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make a positive contribution to the delivery of the service, this will include working flexibly and positively to achieve the objectives of the Council.
2. Manage a customer focused service and the effective use of resources.
3. Ensure that the Council’s overall vision, values and ethos are central to the requirements of the service.
4. Develop effective working relationships and act as an ambassador and advocate with external organisations.
5. Deliver high-quality cost-effective Homes for Ukraine services to internal and external customers; undertaking and supporting projects and assignments on behalf of specific Council departments.
6. Co-ordinate the collection, collation and analysis of information, including host and guest information, data analysis and production of Homes for Ukraine reports.
7. Oversee the implementation of relevant DBS checks on all adults who live in the host household, and administration of housing checks on all new hosts.
8. Administer, analyse, interpret, update and report on the data held within the Client Index.
