Job Tasks/Duties To participate in the maintenance and upkeep of the course and to perform related tasks as required. To understand and follow the agreed maintenance plan. To assist and participate in carrying out a comprehensive program of work. To actively participate in the numerous tasks required in the maintenance of the course. These will include mowing, hole changing, divot-filling, bunker raking, aerating, top dressing, fertilising, watering, spraying and pest control etc. To participate in project work such as tree planting and pruning, green, tee and bunker construction, turfing, seeding, path work and drainage. To help use and maintain the effective operation of the irrigation system. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Course Manager and/or the Deputy Course Manager. To ensure a high degree of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy. A be a positive ambassador for the Company’s values at all times. Education and/or Experience High school education. Experience in golf course grounds maintenance or greenkeeping is desirable. Licenses and Special Requirements NVQ Level 2 min. desirable Certification on pesticide usage as per UK law, if required.
