We're looking for a Repairs Coordinator to help us provide high quality repairs.
You'll be the main contact for our repairs service, keeping our customers updated at every step of their repairs journey. You'll oversee escalated or high risk repair cases from start to finish, book in surveyor visits and manage access into customer properties. You'll also work with other teams to assist with the complaints process.
You'll have experience in delivering brilliant customer service, taking ownership of issues and remaining calm under pressure. You'll have an understanding of repairs obligations to customers and have great interpersonal skills.
