The Operations Manager will work in and manage the day to day operations of the team and report directly to the Branch Manager. The position is a multi-modal function ensuring we meet our customers' expectations from origin to destination regardless of mode of transit. The Operations Manager will ensure performance and deadlines comply with the company's vison via communication and leadership, organize workflow within their team to ensure employees understand their responsibilities, monitor productivity, provide coaching communicate to management, ensure adherence to legal, company policies and procedures.
